Negeen Mosley, LMT
MASSAGE THERAPIST
I have lived in Austin over 26 years. Like many Austinites, I moved here to attend college and never left. For the last 17 years I have maintained a business on South Congress doing therapeutic bodywork for locals and visitors alike.
I found my way to massage in 2003, attending The Star Institute, a small holistic school focused on quality and intentional bodywork. There I learned the basic techniques of Swedish, deep tissue, sports, aromatherapy and hydrotherapy. I decided to continue my education with the founder of The Star Institute, Rima Star, spending 350 hours learning the energetic bodywork system called Ebb and Flow Integration Therapy. This system includes breathwork, color therapy, chakra work, and all aspects of prenatal support and massage (which includes preconception, pregnancy, labor support, postnatal, and infant massage instruction). I completed my year of training with Thai Yoga massage from my anatomy teacher, Mark Uradel.
I have since trained to level 3 in Manual Lymphatic Drainage and 3 levels for Myofascial Release.
I believe in intentional bodywork and adhere to the highest standards of business practice. The focus of my work begins with the breath. Each session will be tailored to your individual needs, using multiple modalities. Thanks for your time!
